Andrea has over 30 years in the construction industry and has managed her own firm as a General Contractor for over 10 years before serving as a VP and Sr. Director for a Fortune 500 Real Estate Development firm.

 

She loves to travel, meet people of different backgrounds and culture, revisit the worlds greatest monuments and structures and explore Historical Architecture. She loves spending time in the outdoors experiencing the adventures of nature and it's landscape. She enjoys coaching teams and individuals to reach their full potential.

 

Throughout the years, she's earned a reputation for being very insightful and pragmatic in her observations and analysis of best practices for small and emerging contracting business owners.   She is a certified John Maxwell Coach and Facilitator for Leadership Training and Executive Coaching.
